1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bea999 ("bea999", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bea999 website located at bea999.app and all associated services, games, features, and content provided therein.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or engaging with any game or betting market on bea999, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, that you are of legal age as specified in Section 2, and that your use of bea999 is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. bea999 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any point during a User's engagement with the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

bea999 employs reasonable technical measures to prevent underage access but cannot guarantee the absolute prevention of such access across all devices and networks. If bea999 identifies that a User is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be returned (net of any winnings generated), and the matter may be escalated to relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player may hold only one registered account on bea999. Multiple accounts — whether created under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or device identities — are strictly prohibited. bea999 reserves the right to close all accounts held by a User who violates this policy and to forfeit any balances held within duplicate accounts.

3.2 Registration Information

When registering on bea999, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a secure password, and any other information requested during the registration flow. All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for updating your account details promptly if any information changes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bea999 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. bea999 support staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bea999 immediately by contacting support and change your password without delay.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bea999 may require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any stage, including but not limited to: before processing a withdrawal, after a cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or if suspicious activity is detected. Accepted documents typically include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, along with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that remain unverified may have withdrawal access restricted until satisfactory documentation is received.

3.5 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, bet, or game play activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bea999 may apply an inactivity processing fee to dormant accounts in line with its dormant account policy, which will be communicated to the account holder prior to any fee deduction. bea999 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder using registered contact details before applying any inactivity fee.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bea999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to and from BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to banking partner availability. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash or Nagad; ৳500 via bank transfer.
• Minimum withdrawal:৳500 via bKash or Nagad; ৳1,000 via bank transfer.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account verification status and applicable daily/weekly limits as communicated within the bea999 account dashboard.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bea999 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected. bea999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges outside bea999's control.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the bea999 finance team during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. bea999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on bea999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bea999 does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is applied to player balances.

4.6 Refunds

Deposits are generally non-refundable once credited to a bea999 account and used for wagering. In the event of a technical fault or erroneous deposit, bea999 will investigate and, where a verified error is confirmed, credit or refund the affected amount at its discretion. Refund requests must be submitted to support within 72 hours of the transaction date.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers published on bea999 are available to eligible registered players who satisfy the conditions specified in the applicable promotion terms. bea999 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude players from promotional offers where misuse, abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where applicable) must be wagered before the resulting funds become eligible for withdrawal. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

bea999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting patterns (such as covering opposite outcomes of the same event) to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, bea999 may void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or close the account without prior notice.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed or whose wagering requirements are not satisfied within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.5 Changes to Promotions

bea999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already issued and actively being wagered by players, except in cases of identified abuse or technical error.

6. Game Play Rules

6.1 General Game Rules

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Bets

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bea999 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, game graphics, software, source code, text, images, audio, video, and interface designs — is the proprietary property of bea999 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bea999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any bea999 content without explicit prior written consent from bea999.

Unauthorised use of bea999's intellectual property, including scraping of game data, replication of the platform interface, or misuse of the bea999 brand name, may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

bea999 does not guarantee the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure availability of the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party network failures, or force majeure events may affect platform availability. bea999 will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to notify users of planned maintenance periods where possible.

bea999's total liability to any User for any claim arising from these Terms or platform use shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data

bea999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using bea999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bea999 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions between the User's device and the bea999 platform. Player financial data is not stored on bea999 servers beyond what is required for transaction processing and regulatory compliance purposes.

bea999 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without explicit player consent. 12. Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by the User

You may close your bea999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any verified pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Closing your account does not exempt you from obligations arising from activity conducted prior to closure.

12.2 Termination by bea999

bea999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; provision of false or fraudulent information; suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; or for any other reason that bea999 reasonably considers necessary to protect the platform, its users, or third parties.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure or termination, access to the bea999 platform will be revoked. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (subject to no outstanding investigation, verification requirement, or violation) will be returned to the player using the most recent verified payment method on file, less any applicable fees.

13. Amendments

bea999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bea999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact details on file (such as in-platform notifications or email) prior to the changes taking effect. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the bea999 platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
